This is an N Scale Keystone Ring sign as defined on PRR Plan 78408-B. Product is printed in black resin ready for your favorite white paint. Just drill a 0.4mm hole in the bottom for a phosphor bronze wire (NOT INCLUDED) and plant the sign on your layout, outside the drainage ditch in a cut, or 8" feet from the rail on a fill.
